My initial consultations/communication early on were very good. Unfortunately, it went down hill from there. I was notified of an unexpected change with my original solicitor within the company but I was assured that my case would continue as planned. Sadly this did not happen. Previously submitted documents were not found and had to be resubmitted, this
impact led to delays and extra costs. The stress of this became a bigger issue than my case and whilst I voiced my concerns with my new solicitor and had facetime. It continued to to fall short of even the simplest of issues. I really don't like to give negative feedback but I really feel let down. The receptionist on the other hand was lovely and helpful.
