I give 1 star because it doesn’t let me do 0.
Worst experience ever I ended up losing the property I was purchasing because of my solicitor incompetence. Do yourself a favour and do not use this firm specifically Lucinda Douglas. She never answered my calls, very poor updates, very blunt and she managed to get my mortgage offer cancelled!!! But of course they want me to pay the bill anyway.
Please stay way from them.

Quoted me £3500-£4000 for a commercial property purchase ended up being over £8000.
Should of leanrt from the first time when the same thing happened but thought id give them
Another try. Also asked them to send a letter for another matter billed me £500. Might aswell give them a blank cheque!
Ridiculously expensive and will never use them again!

Excellent service and promptness!!! Highly recommended!

We had a very short deadline to catch the stamp duty holiday. Nicky and Lucinda have done a remarkable job made sure we have exchanged and completed the purchase in time.
