I used Drysdales to handle the sale of my mum's property after she passed away.
The solicitor I dealt with - Emma - was excellent. There were quite a few things to chase up as it was a managed property, and she gave me regular updates to keep me in the loop about what was happening, where things were stuck, what happens next, etc. She also explained some of the process and terminology about the sale (since by my own admission I'm pretty thick about this sort of thing), and appreciated the fact that since it had been my mum's property, I didn't know quite a few things that were being asked.
Would recommend Drysdales to others looking for a solicitor to handle property sales (I'm sure they do other stuff too!).

I dealt with Adam Pickin and Mark Robertson on my purchase and I would highly recommend them. Communication was fantastic throughout in what was a tricky auction purchase, but any questions were always promptly answered. One of the most important things is having the ability to pick up the phone and knowing you can get through to your solicitor. This can’t always be said for solicitors I have previously used, therefore this was invaluable on this purchase. Thanks again Adam and Mark!

Would not recommend or use again the Conveyancing Solicitor. Found it a very old fashioned process (Emails get processed as received in order by all clients). Communication terrible. At commencement started communicating by post rather than preferred email for quickness.
1. They had a document in their inbox a week and told us during that week it hadn't been received
2. Found it strange that when I personally chased companies they suddenly then received the required documentation
