I approached this organisation after a data breach, from Nottingham City Council sending my most private and sensitive information to a third party, were my private information was intercepted to a family member I did not want them to see! When I completed their online form with my summary, they misled me to believe my case would be successful. After they had sent me their legal terms and conditions information. They assured my case would be 95% successful giving me a false sense they could win my case. After months and months I was then told that my case wouldn't be successful I would avoid this organisation like the plague, they mislead, give conflicting information and misguide you that you have a success claim knowing full well you haven't! Very poor advice and representation! If I didn't have to give a star I wouldn't. Very disappointing results of no results!

I approached DRM legal feeling very anxious and uncertain about the outcome of my claim however, I couldn’t have received a better service. Andra was consistently supportive and kept me informed throughout the whole process, relieving me of my anxiety and stress. The outcome was better than I could have imagined and I’m extremely grateful for their service. Would highly recommend!

I was having a difficult time trying to get the defendants to communicate with me. I tried every avenue. I even asked the IC to step which didn’t work. I knew something was wrong with what the Defendant’s had done and was trying to fight the matter alone and was just being sidelined and ignored. What the Defendants did put me in danger and made me afraid and I needed answers. I googled data breach solicitor and found DRM Legal. I was extremely sceptical at first because I was worried about using a firm I never heard of. They have been very informative and answered my questions promptly. I didn’t understand the no sun no fee agreement and was worried even if I won the case I would loose my house because I’d be lumbered with a huge solicitors bill. I expressed my concerns with DRM Legal and they explained to me they would take insurance out so that I would t be liable even if I lost. It was at this point I had complete trust and faith in them that they believed me and I had a case to answer. The matter has now been dealt with and settled. I am so grateful they took the time to listen to me and took my case on. Hopefully the defendants will now learn from their mistakes and ensure what they did to me won’t happen to others.
