An absolute joke of a so called solicitors.
They took on my case 3 years ago. After I had mould, blown windows and a leak and many various other things my landlord didn't fix. Even when I started the claim I sent videos of this leak still happening and leaking through my light in the kitchen. And proof that not all things were fixed according to the landlord.
The day before court they suggested that I settle or I would be charged for the barrister.
In this settlement I was awarded £0.00 after 3 years of stress with the landlord and this company not even 1p.
I did kind of get the feeling these guys were cowboys from the start and wouldn't get a lot.
But come on nothing?
So now I'm left with nothing but stress.
As I'm going to have to contact the landlord to actually get the jobs done.
Sure that's what they were meant to do?
Funny how there fees are paid and I'm pretty much were I was when I started the claim.
So if your thinking about using these cowboys I would think again and just go to the ombudsman.
Even if you don't get a settlement at least they will make sure the job is done unlike this so called professionals.
Had to give them 1* as they don't have a 0 and trust me they are not worth the 1.

They really helped me with everything I had an issue with always in contact with me and keeping me updated on what needed doing and keeping me updated with everything. Next time I need to I will go with Driscoll Kingston again

Absolutely fantastic company. Helped me with my housing disrepair claim. Even after a year of helping me win my case, they were very helpful in helping me get the rest of the repair completed that hadn’t yet been completed. I will 100% recommend them.

For 4 and a half years Driscoll Kingston stood by me and help me with the unbearable conditions I've found hard to live with,it's been quite a journey but I'm thankful and greatful for them getting me a result and thier also understanding when things were challenging for me,I really appreciate all you have done and I recommend using driscoll Kingston for anyone with poor housing conditions. I had good experiences to begin with. But it’s gone downhill since I accepted a settlement. Details have become unclear, the response to get the remaining fee aren’t being forwarded to me via my work email like I instructed. It’s affecting me as a whole as it’s really stressful to deal with. If you get offered a settlement I’d decline or ask for further information and costs. I feel blindsided, I hope no one else goes through what I’m going through. If it can be resolved I’d move forward. But for now it’s so vague.
