We had some work done by DTL back in 2020 when we first moved into our house and found we had a water issue. They were very informative, clear on what should be done and advised the whole way along why we had the problem and how they would rectify it. The work was done very promptly and we were very happy with it.

Jump forward 4 years, and I emailed on a Sunday asking whether they could give me advice about cleaning the system again. I had a very thorough reply giving me suggestions about different options and the reasons for the suggestions. No hint of a pressure to get more business, just seem like a genuine company happy to help.

They are not local to us (3-4 hours) but apparently travel widely for jobs. Worth a quote if you are looking for something they cover. Our experience with them has been great.

Very arrogant , and not helpful when explaining work that’s being done , work was very poor standard, had to outsource another engineer to make good of work that was done , would never recommend using them
