We employed Jo as a planning consultant, helping and advising us in the process of producing a neighbourhood plan for our parish. Hazelbury Bryan’s Neighbourhood Plan has been unusually complicated combining, as it has had to, the almost unique village composition of seven hamlets, of very differing sizes and characters, with initially some 26 sites offered for development along with additional applications during the period of preparation. Without Jo’s highly professional, friendly, patient guidance we doubt we should have ever reached this final stage of referendum. Such Plans are really quite a daunting process, taking considerable time and dedication, and frankly unless the committee preparing it has a member who has considerable experience in neighbourhood planning, the benefit of a consultant like Jo is invaluable.
