I’ve been going to the Shepley Donaldson’s Vets since having a bad experience at my local one and I don’t have a bad word to say about them. They are brilliant with my rabbits, very knowledgeable and kind. The vets and receptionists are always welcoming and caring. It’s hard to find a vets that seems to be knowledgeable about rabbits but I trust them because they’ve always looked after mine really well. I can’t thank them enough for saving my rabbit’s life and taking good care of both of them when needed.

We signed up with Donaldson's, which is much further away for us than our original one. What a difference! All of the vets and nurses we have seen with our poorly, elderly, dog have been brilliant. Caring, informative and interested. Reception staff, too, are kind and helpful.

Donaldson's have been great in their care for my very nervous and anxious dog (Harper). She had to have an operation and they were very proactive, reassuring and caring, it was really appreciated! The staff are all very caring and make you feel like it isn't just a business but a place of care. Would recommend to anyone in need of a vets.

I had a very long wait to get some pills for my dog, the guys seemed to be very busy. the cost of the pills seemed to be a lot cheaper than I had bought on a previous occasion ? the vet and the reception staff were very nice.

First visit today, but would agree with the positive comments I read before choosing to go with this practice having recently moved house to West Yorkshire. All staff seem really friendly and reassuring. My dog (who happens to be the cutest dog evurrr) was quite nervous but calmed down being met with gentle care and patience. All was explained to me very well and I feel the confident and knowledgeable approach filled me with peace, sensing my Super-Important pets are in capable hands here.
So far so good 😊
