I was recently recommended to use solicitor Helen Rowe of DMH Stallard in the buying of my mother’s new flat (I am her LPA as she is in her 80’s). Our previous solicitor was atrocious and I was delighted to find that Helen was the complete opposite. She was always on the ball and dealt with every issue with the utmost professionalism and tact. Her communication was excellent and she was an absolute pleasure to work with. I can also say the same of her assistant, Emma Rose.
I cannot recommend DMH Stallard enough if you are considering buying or selling property in the area. We will certainly be using Helen’s services again.

We couldn't recommend DHM Stallard more highly, Helen Rowe is an exceptional solicitor. Having recently had to support a family member on their house sale it's quite clear that you can not assume all conveyancing solicitors are the same. You need a solicitor that is responsive and provides clarity, without this there is added stress and risk that a sale/ purchase may not go through. Helen is incredibly responsive and super to deal with, she has ensured our sale went through smoothly, handling some tricky issues raised by our buyers solicitor, she has supported us through an aborted purchase and has/ is making our current purchase progress without issues. Without Helen everything would have undoubtably been quite stressful, she's fabulous.
