Very biased. Very inappropriate.Was not listening when I talked. Instead she talked to plaintiff. I tried showing her things I had. She told me she didn't have time to look at all of them. And not to bring them to court.
I told her I would. When we sued the plaintiff, November 29-2023, the Judge never said anything about what I had.
She also rubbed my 87 year old spouses'leg and shoulder. Said she felt sorry for him and would pray for him.Outside after the hearing I expressed my frustration at letting this contractor continue to wrongfully charge people. He had done this to others, but was never allowed to show her. Also she said the plaintiff said that I don't understand? This person is evil preying on the elderly. And I told her she needs not pray for my husband. But she asked if I wanted her to pray for me? Making fun of me. Totally unprofessional. I have been fighting this man 3 yrs. My spouse has Alzheimer's, a shunt in his brain with adult hydrocephaly, a benign tumor in the frontal lobe of his brain, diabetes, and last July spent 23 days in hospital Had a baseball size tumor removed from his upper colon, bleeding ,cancerous and necrotic. Had 4 blood transfusions and 10 blood infusions.
Yesterday was very difficult for me Not familiar with that part of town, finding a parking spot, trying to keep my husband calm and not falling, walking, crossing street with my cart and him. I am angry at the court system putting up with criminals and letting them wreak havoc on people. We are law abiding citizens, pay our taxes and vote My husband had a business on Westheimer for years and I have worked for Cy-Fair ISD 35
years receiving many awards.
Again, yesterday was very inappropriate and the mediator should be disciplined for her actions. My husband sleeps a lot and when she began rubbing his leg and patting him, he woke up. Lucky for her he didn't make a fist and hit her. Alzheimer's patients should never be startled by strangers nor rubbed on!! If I don't get results from this message,I will go further, believe me!

This is the best resolution center of all kind. I am not sure why the others are writing about a scam. This DRC does not call people unless you requested a dispute to be resolved.
I used the organization two times. I did not have any problems with them. This organizations helped resolve problems I had with a chiropractor and Sterling McCall Restoration Center in Stafford TX. I will recommend this organization to my families and to my best friend. They are awesome.

Big time scam!! They called claiming I owe an old debt from a payday loan company from over 8 years ago (which I don’t) lol They used intimidation and threatened to “see me in court” and even hung up, which is an illegal practice per the FDCPA. Also, if they call with a very old debt, check your states Statue of Limitation regarding debt. They cannot sue or threaten to sue, especially when outside of your states statue of limitation. Call the federal trade commission, and your states attorney generals office, and submit a complaint for fraud!

Strong arm tactics and talk and scream over you. Intimidating voice messages .Been harassed for 3rd time since March 2019 about a loan paid in full that I've advised them about in 2019. Someone isn't making notes and following thru. Jason got upset because I told him to note my file that I will sue if they upset me again. I was told to "shut up" - how many times do I have to prove to this place that I've settled this loan?

Threaten to file legal papers on me for a debt that is NOT mine, calls nonstop from a unknown number and leaves voicemail on how they will come to my job and/or house with documents. Never received a letter for this debt they claim I owe. And there number actually is registered as SQS Financial
