very helpful people, advice given with a smile, let them use their knowledge to smooth the way special thanks to Carrie for helping to fill the form sent by the DWP i would have struggled with, nice to find a organisation who cares much appreciated.

They had my mobile number written down wrong , only tried the land line once and closed my case because they couldn’t get hold of me . Only found this out when i asked for a return call from the landline . Was made to feel it was my fault they had it wrong . They said I could ring dwp to open my case again but was making it clear they didnt think it was worth it because mine was not a straight forward case …..but surely those are the ones that need their help

Not sure why in one of their previous reviews they have written ‘we are here for anyone with a disability’ that’s a LIE. They had NO interest in helping me. I have fibromyalgia, BPD and 2 other disabilities but they told me they could not help me. Hannah was intrusive, asked me for personal details such as NI number and bank statements then told me I did not for the eligibility as they only helped people waiting for benefits, they told me this AFTER they nosed through my personal details,, surely they should have asked what support I required before doing that.
As for the ‘owner’ (Steve Race) he is extremely non empathetic, I actually wrote him aLONG email, explaining my struggles through life, how my disability affected me from the day I was born and didn’t even receive a reply from him..radio silence from a professional who claims to help everyone with a disability..lying organisation

The advisors are amazing, they make you feel comfortable from the moment you walk in the door, they are knowledgeable and give great advice, and help form filling which can be a nightmare and honestly wouldn't bother with if left to your own devices. They have helped me personally immensely. My advisors, helpers were Dee, Colin & Caroline.
