Please don't use this charity, they messed me about since September 2023, no real help, passing the buck behaviour, they get defensive over matters, at times make you feel that, they are doing you a favour. They are not Genuine and Sincere. Quite deceitful to be honest. From there Housing,
too the Law department are just rude or they string you along with passive sweet behaviour. Please don't waste your time contacting this charity.

I call for help and I told lady she answered the phone and she keep saying I don’t understand and than she told me I need to go citizen advice she said she will give me number and she is very fast can’t catch what she said and she put phone down

Wow that was rude! I called up and asked if I was in the right place because I need help with my landlord. The woman simply said how can I help. I said can you hear me she says yes how can I help.
After I’ve just asked a question !?

Phoned DHA as they helped me before and was very good on both occasions.
Phoned them recently, and they won't answer the phone or call me back!
Withheld my number, and they answered and said they would call me back. They did and told me they would not help me with any of my debts problems , as they didn't do people's debts anymore and to phone someone else !
I'm not happy with that , and I told them that their website clearly said it helped people with their debts.

These are the worse company I have ever used. They don't do anything for people who need help. You never hardly get a phone call back. They get payed to do things. And do nothing. Completely useless. I definitely don't recommend anyone using these to help people.

After a call to the office I spoke with a lady , who put my mind at ease , with professional, clarity, and understanding. Of housing issues going back 14 months, now I’m on a road to getting the help I desperately needed and got. Thank you so very much whoever you are. 10/10 👍👍🙏, kind regards Peter bowler .

There were really supportive and effective. Communication was quick and easy. They arranged appointment on my behave with a solicitor in London. I can express with words their help.
