If you want a firm of Solicitors who give excellent advice which I havent had in any of my previous purchases, Ring you and keep you informed, and are fairly priced. Look no further.

I have used dickensons when I brought my house in 87, freehold in 2019, and am now using them again for the sale of my property and the purchase of a new property.

Well their server hasn't been working all week, delaying conveyancing for lots of clients by the sounds of it! So I'd steer clear if they spend so little on their managed IT services provision that they can't get their server up and running within hours let alone almost a week. This is a joke in modern day conveyancing!!!!

I am your clients buyer and unless the message you have been giving the estate agent is false all week. This is a valid review and opinion!!!

Offices are very old fashioned. Beautiful staircase but carpet needed vacuuming. Welcoming greeting & staff were very nice.

We used Dickensons for the sale of my fathers house after he passed. It was a very emotional time for me and my sister but Mr Dickenson and his amazing team made it so much easier. They spoke plainly and explained the entire process from start to finish. No hidden costs. Very easy to contact someone and there was always a reply when they said they would. I found George and the team to be very helpful, professional and responsive in a recent house purchase. They kept in regular contact, always returned calls and explained clearly what each step of the process entailed.
