Absolutely disgraceful company. Tried to close my claim with them and they rudely claimed that everyone senior to a legal assistant was in meetings for the rest of the day. This was on a Friday and consequently left me without a vehicle. They were clearly trying to delay the closing of the claim. Avoid at all costs!!!!

If you don’t mind waiting months on end for a response or years for your claim to be dealt with then this is 100% the firm for you! Solicitor is never available to get hold of, doesn’t bother to reply to emails for weeks and weeks. Had my accident in december 2020 and only just had my case dealt with now in august 2022. Even then it took until beginning of october to even receive a response from my appointed solicitor to let me know a letter had been sent with the outcome. Had called in myself on numerous occasions and only managing to get a response from her assistant who had no idea what the outcome of the claim meant. Although the claim was successful it took almost 2 years for an amount of £165 to be sent to me, not to mention receiving the interim payment after almost a whole year too (if not longer!) which wasn’t a great amount either. Was my first time using this firm as they had been recommended (god knows why!) would never make the mistake to deal with this firm again. Recommend anyone and everyone to avoid using this firm at all costs!! Extremely disappointed with the service and outcome. They manage to lure you in with politeness to begin with. Once papers have been signed its all downhill from there!!!

I am writing to bring to your attention an unfortunate incident that occurred on January 16, 2020, involving a car accident in which I was not the at-fault driver. Seeking legal representation, I engaged the services of DGM solicitors to handle my case and assist me in pursuing a fair resolution.

However, throughout the course of my engagement with DGM solicitors, I have encountered numerous issues that have left me dissatisfied and concerned. One significant problem has been their consistent lack of responsiveness to my inquiries. Whenever I reached out to them via email to obtain updates on the progress of my claim, there has been a noticeable delay in their response. This lack of communication has left me feeling frustrated and uninformed about the status of my case.

In an attempt to establish more direct and timely communication, I specifically requested that DGM solicitors contact me via WhatsApp while I was traveling in Kenya. Regrettably, they failed to fulfill this request and neglected to reach out to me through the designated platform. This further compounded my frustration and added to the sense of disconnect from the progress of my case.

To my surprise, I recently discovered that DGM solicitors have accepted a settlement offer from the third party involved in the accident without consulting me or seeking my input. This decision was made unilaterally, bypassing my involvement and consent. Consequently, I find myself in a distressing situation where the agreed-upon settlement amount does not cover the full extent of damages outlined in our initial agreement. This oversight has led to a significant shortfall in compensation, disregarding the financial implications and hardships I have endured as a result of the accident.after i give up with the service i agree that i didn't responded to the last couple emails sens I was out of the country.

Hawever, The actions of DGM solicitors have left me feeling abused and undermined, as they seem to be exercising their power and authority over my case without due regard for my best interests and taking all my money ?,

DGM Solicitors were absolutely excellent in the handling of my claim. My file handler Lauren kept me informed every step of the way and negotiated a fantastic settlement. Lauren was very knowledgable and ensured she was available to answer any queries I had. I would recommend DGM Solicitors & Lauren unreservedly.

Please AVOID using these unprofessional solicitors, do not waste your time with these people. They do not give you any updates on anything and when trying to contact your case handler there going to be in a meeting or away from the desk apparently and when your told your going to get a call back, don't hold your breath because it's not going to happen. Plus the receptionist is of no help and rude, I feel like she's going through some stuff at home and should leave her feelings at home before coming to work.

Having again received some mail regarding an accident claim at one of our tenanted properties. I once again informed DGM that the persons making the claim are not our tenants and have never been residents of the property.
The person (Miss K Mitchell) I spoke to was not at all bothered that a fraudulent claim was being made at our property by her clients and simply said that she would make a note on the files. Told her that we will report the matter to the Police and she got upset and ended the call by saying "you do what you need to".

I always thought that solicitors checked peoples ID as part of due diligence, but I must be wrong!!
I have now reported the matter to the Solicitors Regulation Authority.

I have dealt with the firm regarding a claim for injuries. So far, the solicitor working on my case has been prompt and clear with updates regarding it. Unfortunately, when speaking to the receptionists over the phone, a distinct lack of manners can be detected. I have come to not expect any welcoming voices, as well as a pronounced lack of pleases and thank you's when asking for your personal information. I have spoken to one worker in particular who always hangs up the phone when ending a conversation, without saying bye. It may seem a somewhat minor issue, but it leaves a surprisingly bad taste in the mouth when trying to find out information about a stressful and complex case.
