We did not know much about surveying when we received a party wall notice. We picked Andy as our surveyor. He was knowledgeable, professional and explained things clearly. There was just one aspect of the notice we disagreed with and he went above and beyond in working to resolve it and keeping us informed. Thanks mainly to his diligence, things turned out well.

He is a consummate professional, who is 'firm but fair' in his communication style and feedback, whilst independent in his approach to resolving issues.
