I dealt with 3 people at Desmond Associates and found them all to be keen to help me as best they could, from the friendly and efficient Verity answering the phone, to two other employees (Sam and Adam) who went out of their way to provide help at short notice with my structural and planning concerns relating to a house purchase.
This was after I called around five or six other companies locally too who were either too busy to answer the phone or gave me the option to wait 8-12 weeks for even a relatively minor half-day of work.
