James was my delayed flight claims handler, he was very helpful from the start and understood my frustrations. The customer service was great, after just a few steps James dealt with the rest. He even phoned me to make sure I was aware of what was happening. I would recommend him and Delayed Again to anyone who has sufferede from a delayed flight and is owed compensation.

Delayed Again took on a task that British Airways had refused to compensate me for my delayed flight but Delayed Again managed to do an excellent quick turn around of all paperwork and dealing with BA. A few weeks later I had my flight compensation sent to me in a cheque through the post.

Brilliant service!

Delayed Again delivered on their promise.
The service was very easy to use: to make a claim took few minutes only.
They checked the eligibility for a compensation very quickly too and they fought the legal battles on their own until a settlement was achieved. I was always kept informed and am happy to say I received the settlement in my bank account promptly as promised.
I can only recommend this service to whoever had issues with airlines.
Actually now I’m quite happy I had that delay 😁 thanks to Delayed Again!!

CALL THE AIRLINE AND CLAIM DIRECTLY FROM THE AIRLINE YOURSELF!
Its faster and you will get more money and better service!

They will give you updates where as this company didn't send me any correspondence to let me know the progress.
You will keep 100% of the claim instead of paying out 25% of the money if you directly throguh the airline.

My friends claimed throguh the airline and got paid weeks ago and I'm still waiting nobody calls me emails me and when Ii contact them on fobbed off its a COMPLETE RIP OFF!

They're all liars no form of contact with you as a client. When you finally get a pay out they take 49.9% of your claim. When your claim started they never tell you all about these fees. I would never recommend these people they're a set of criminals literally. They don't even deserve a star. Better you deal with the airline itself.

THEY DONT TELL YOU THAT THEY WILL TAKE AWAY 50% OF YOUR CLAIM. THEY RECEIVED MY CLAIM MONEY AND DIDNT EVEN TELL ME, I ONLY FOUND OUT FROM THE SOLICITORS THEY USED THAT THE CLAIM WAS SETTLED 2.5 MONTHS AGO.
LIARS AND CONS, ALL THESE 5* REVIEWS ARE VERY LIKELY TO BE FAKE FROM THEIR OWN STAFF
THEIR PHONE NUMBER DOES NOT WORK AT ALL.
THEY TRY TO EAT AWAY 100% OF YOUR MONEY.
