One of the worst companies I have ever dealt with. I am planning to move to the UK, friends were negotiating the purchase of an apartment through this company. For 4 months this, excuse the expression, company, was leading me by the nose. As a result, the deal is on the verge of collapse. I would especially like to note the disregard on the part of James Fletcher. One of the worst lawyers I have ever dealt with in my entire life. I regret the day that this firm of solicitors was recommended to me for assistance with a property purchase. They were uncaring, inefficient and glacially slow. A simple purchase with no chain and no mortgage took the three months to complete. There were several changes in personnel dealing with the case, (of which, I was not informed).I sent 18 emails just chasing them for action and numerous phone calls none of which was answered. i finally managed to speak to the solicitor handling the case and she seemed taken aback by my annoyance but still refused to give me any time line for completion.
Please for your own sanity don't use these solicitors, only recommend them to your worse enemy.
