I’m very delayed leaving this review but I can’t recommend these guys enough! We had a burst pipe just before Christmas and DD were really fast, professional and empathetic to our situation (1 year old baby with no water so we had to stay with family). The engineer who came out initially even stayed late as they were so keen to get it sorted, but it was a bigger job than was possible in that time.
Really good communication throughout, friendly and gets the job done.
