This company are illegally scamming people by sending scam texts and posing to be other companies. I received a text message claiming to be Evri about an attempted delivery and that I needed to pay a fee for redelivery. The site looked exactly like Evri’s website and due to the fact I was coincidentally expecting a parcel, I stupidly entered my card details but luckily quickly realised it was a scam soon after and froze my card. I then cancelled my card with my bank. When I tried to get back onto the link that was sent in the text, it disappeared. Later that night, a couple of payments were attempted on my account by this company DCBL but declined due to the cancellation of the card thankfully. I have reported them.

When I instructed DCBL to enforce a CCJ, I expected a thorough and robust service but what I was actually provided was lacklustre to say the least.
Firstly, it was made it abundantly clear at the outset that my debtor was a tradesman and yet the agents insisted on visiting the debtor on ocassions when he was always likely to be at work.
On the one, single occasion when the did contact the debtor they were unable to enforce because the debtor had a expressed a "vulnerability". Please note the debtor is reasonably young, fit, healthy and currently working full-time with no dependants living with him.
If DCBL have absolutely no powers they should make this clear at the outset instead of misleading people with ther TV show.
On top of all that, I had to pay DCBL an additional fee because of their failure to enforce.

Sent me a letter (with increased charges) only a week after an appeal failed. References won’t let me pay online. No response to whattsapp messages (they advertise openly to contact on there). Literally can’t get hold of anyone who can help. Another company setup to just rob the public. Disgusting

Hey guys, i just state dont give your any personal details on this company especially your direct debits they are charging over, i had 6 instalment and paid all they tried to collect my money from account and i called them and they apologised and i was told its cancelled and following month again same and called them again one of them said it was on direct debit again even i asked i had been told same thing before now i will have a legal action about this company. They think people are stupid and try to scam in a legal way!

Absolute scammers working in conjunction with parking companies like parking eye limited to rob people of their hard earned money. I’m also convinced they purposely send out their letters and fines far too late so you don’t even get the chance to appeal it in time.
It seems their work is completely unregulated so they can quote ridiculous fines which if you don’t play, they’ll threat you with legal action.
Ended up getting a CCJ because of these fraudsters which will affect me for the next 6 years minimum. YOURE MESSING WITH PEOPLES LIVES HERE YOU SCAMMERS

Go on, recommend the fraudster that is Euro Car Parks Limited to take me to court. I have all the evidence that they are scammers who are trying to extort money from innocent drivers.

They were able to recover the full debt and the customer service was always efficient at giving me updates and suggestions.

Absaloutly useless as a company, been trying to call for the past 6 months and Iv been placed on hold for an hour + then cut off, I also emailed, with no answer, I have all intention of repaying with proof of a £171 debt to right choice insurance brokers for a motorcycle I had 4 years ago, so I'll be seeking legal advice for your negligence on the matter.

Edit: from my original post, they have sent me a letter saying I owe them less money now Iv tried to settle this through right choice insurance. And dcbl both have no regard to settle the debt so I'll be seeking legal advice.
