It seems I’m not the only one who is disappointed in this company - the way I was just spoken to on the telephone by Mr Dawkins was absolutely disgusting!

In what realm of reality you think this behaviour is acceptable is beyond me….
Insinuating that I wont pay my bills and ignore correspondence is ludicrous! I have everything on file so I suggest you check your running systems as-well as your attitude to both myself and your client (who has been informed of this mornings call)

I'm an accidental landlord who needed guidance on enforcement of a Commercial Lease forfeiture for a problem tenant. Spoke to an aggressive man called Ray at Dawkins. He didn't like being asked about their rates, how the procedure worked or what services the enforcement entailed. In fact when questioned he accused me of "fishing" for information. Expensive, unhelpful and downright rude. Be careful with these guys - I would check their license before employing. Zero customer service, zero manners and definitely zero business from me.

Have used JPD for various jobs over the years can honestly say the guys and girls in the office through to the enforcement agents are very helpful "well done JPD team"
