We used Davisons for the Sale and Purchase of our home. Although our chain was quite small, there were a number of complexities that arose that Salma and Jack identified and were able to bring to my attention, subsequently solving by working effectively with the chain. Communication was also very good throughout and I was able to contact the solicitors by phone easily or would receive a prompt response to my emails. I would not hesitate to use Davisons again or recommend them to friends and family.

Used Davisons for the first time to sell my property. The sale process information was particularly useful and instructions were clear. The sale ultimately completed smoothly. The staff were always pleasant. However, I think the company has been taking on too much work. There was a need to chase for updates frequently. So communications could be improved. My main irritation is the additional charge for exchanging contracts and completing within 7 days. My buyer and I had been pushing for earlier exchanging contracts earlier for some time. It feels you're caught between a rock and a hard place. End of the day the job was done.
