Samantha Ingram and her team did a great job at getting everything sorted for us on a tight deadline that was demanded by the seller. Not a great place for trouble free property buy/sell. It has been more than 18 months since completion but still missing major documents to be sent to me. They are great to fob you off for another day. No response to emails once you have paid them ridiculous sums of fees. Absolutely no go place if you desire peace of mind.
