Francesca Wilkins at Davis Tate Goring went above and beyond to sell my parents' house. They had moved out so she went round every week to check on the house and even took the meter readings for us on completion day. She did an excellent job of selling the village the house was in as well, largely because she lives there. We also had an excellent experience with Sallie Scott. We enjoyed prompt responses and sympathetic communications during a difficult time. We chose to use our own solicitor and everything ran very smoothly between the solicitor and the agents.

I would like to highly recommend Davis Tate in Goring for all their help in selling our house earlier this year. We rented out our property for several years while living overseas. Being in a very different time zone, it would have been difficult to interview prospective tenants and arrange maintenance ourselves, especially if emergencies such as pipe leaks or boiler failures arose — which they did! We also needed to make sure we complied with UK legislation regarding tenancies. Having previously had a good experience with the Sales side of Davis Tate in Goring, we decided to ask their Lettings team to find and vet tenants, handle rent, and manage property upkeep for us. For us, the fee for the full management service (a percentage of the monthly rent) was very much worth the expense, for the expertise, peace of mind, and speed of response they provided.
