Laura the notary public lady was absolutely lovely, very helpful and kind! I don’t do these things often so messed up my signature and Laura kindly printed off a few more copies for me to sign.

Just one remark- the receptionist who I spoke to on the phone initially was not very polite for some reason, had I not needed my document notarised ASAP I probably would have looked elsewhere after the initial interaction, I would advise some customer service training for whoever I spoke to on the phone when I first called (sadly don’t remember the name) as you will lose customers this way, I see others have said similar in their reviews. Regardless, will be back to notarise with Laura when the time comes! ❤️

We used Davis Gregory for our sale of our shared ownership property and purchase onward. Throughout the experience, Penny was always very knowledgable and prompt with her responses. We never felt she had forgotten us and always knew what was going on. We had a-lot of contact with Di at the end, and we cannot thank her enough for the hard work she put in to get our move to go ahead on time, she is relentless and couldn’t do enough for us. A real asset to the firm, we really recommend dealing with her. It was a long 7 months, through no fault of Davis Gregory, but both ladies were brilliant throughout and we are really grateful.

Initial experience has been excellent. The staff are on the ball. I requested a conveyancing quote and they called me back before the end of business the same day and provided a quote in writing the next day. Having recieved a number of quotes now, they're competitively priced. They also clearly list all of their pricing online.

The most rude receptionist I have ever found. I was just calling to ask the cost for a service and she just interrupted me in a rude way to tell me that she didn’t understand anything that I was talking about, when in fact I was just introducing kindly to her to then start the question. It was absolutely ridiculous. I can understand that people can be stressed, but if you are attending potential customers in reception you just need to be friendly and treat the caller correctly and respect.
