Won’t allow me to give 0 stars but I would have.

Unbelievably unhelpful rude and slow. The women had no idea why I was calling for advice?! Sorry but I have never had such poor customer service. Avoid at all costs. Then went on to tell me how busy January was for them and could my query wait until
February! Unbelievably unhelpful.
