Frank and his team did an exception job preparing returns for my business, personal account and my wifes. I had previously been with a large city based firm and my wife had been with a one man band. Came over from SD Whiting when they got bought out by DH. We have a family business.

I'm devastated. I had always loved my guys at SD Whiting, but our new accountant, Colin at David Howard, does not respond to simple emails. His last response to us stated that his time is a premium, and we are to contact other members of the team, however we don't have any contact numbers for anyone else there. It felt very much like "you're petty to me, go away!"

I have felt that this company bit off than they can chew and we are paying the price. Very impersonal, unsupportive service.
