Have approached Darryl on 2 occasions to help with my residential planning applications. The first involved rotating the house 180 degrees and coming off another road. With Darryls help we had this application passed first time.
On the 2nd occasion I thought I would need Darryls help once again due to scale of application I was submitting. Darryl looked over all my plans and came out to visit the site. At the end of this meeting he advised I did not need his help and I should just submit my application as he thought it would go through.
Just had the application passed and wanted to thank Darryl for his honesty when he could have charged me over £2k for his services, just like a couple of other local companies had quoted.

Darryl was helpful, wise and meant we didn't need to get involved with planners. Which would have been a bit emotional as we were told we would have to remove our climbing frame. Something I had saved for for 3 years and designed specially for our grandchildren. We didn't have to remove it, but will move it away from the fence to be less of an issue to others.
