Failure of service. Refused repeated requests for copies of reports - took the money, wouldn't supply reports to the paying client. Fobbed off for months.

Thank you for taking the time to respond. You miss the point. You kept sending invoices but would not send me, the client, any of your earlier reports that had been paid for. I find your personal remarks - my stress levels are just fine, thank you - unhelpful and patronising. Do you say similar things to your male customers? All entirely in keeping with my experience of your firm.
