The best service and support in such a very difficult time, when I lost my Dad. Just the sound of Caroline's voice on the end of the phone or in person always put a smile on our face. Nothing was ever to difficult or too much, including delaying my Dad's funeral so that my Sister, from Australia, could attend.

Again we dealt with Caroline on the passing of a very close family friend. We had recommended her to the family who lived abroad. Again nothing was ever too much trouble and as always a great support to us!

We dealt with Caroline Gunn from their Sawbridgeworth office, and we cannot compliment them and her highly enough, helping us make all arrangements in rapid time and supporting us through the entire process. She was very clear in what needed to be done and by when, guiding us through each step and in very regular communication, with sensible recommendations and replying to questions and emails at all times, including the weekend.

It has taken me a while to write this review as all the words I had could not praise this funeral service enough. My sister and I were in bits when we lost our dad but Trevor and Caroline guided us through the process with pure professionalism and more importantly with exceptional friendliness. We were put at ease as soon as we walked through the door. They not only arranged a funeral that my dad would've been so proud of but they were always on the end of the phone giving us emotional support every step of the way. I will never forget Trevor helping me to put out squirrel nuts before the service as he knew how important it was for us to have squirrels there for our beloved dad. That's just a small example of the lengths Daniel Robinson & Sons, Sawbridgeworth went to to fulfil all our wishes for our dad's funeral. I would whole heartedly recommend this service for anyone who has lost a loved one. You will be in exceptional hands.
