Waiting to respond to my 4 emails 2phone calls now 3weeks. Don't want give even 1star.
Richard Bedford from Daniel Connal Partnership is unprofessional and liar. He wrote to my Surveyor about me, but i never spoke witch him and even didn't know him.
Here i add some conversation for people who think use this company service.

I write to you as I have just heard from the owners of the property subject to notices served on them – Mr & Mrs ......

They were most distressed as they took an aggressive phone call from your appointing owner.

This is most inappropriate and I have to say, I am shocked by your appointing owner’s behaviour and apparent language used.

I know I do not have to remind you that all matters now should be dealt with by appointed surveyors, when they are indeed formally appointed, and to that end, I would be grateful if you could ask your appointing owner to refrain from any further communications with Mr & Mrs ....
