If I could have given 0 stars I would have. They were dealing with my Husbands will and even through the most stressful time I had to continuously contact them for an update. Incredibly slow and promises of dealing with things quickly turned in to over 2 years of phone calls and visits to try and sort things out. Worst Solicitors I have ever dealt with. Avoid at any cost.

Horrific. Do not even consider this firm as you will be given inadequate service. They do not even respond to complaints appropriately. Anyone with a bad experience should report to the Legal Ombudsman and SRA so they can take action and suspend this firms (and particularly Trevor Carroll’s) license to practice.

Been waiting for a phone call for over a year.
Excellent at taking your money but very unreliable, never completes work thats already been paid for.
Do not trust them to help you at all.
Should be shut down and the solicitors struck off for not knowing how to do their job properly.
AVOID AT ALL COST.

cannot get hold of them for weeks on end and do not get back to you at all.

They have had my grandmothers will for nearly a year a half! Still not sorted, get fobbed off month after month with lies! AVOID AT ALL COST!!!!
