First class service from CTS drains today.
If you're after a professional who is friendly, honest, knowledgeable and puts the customer first then I can not recommend Pete from CTS drains highly enough.
I messaged Pete from CTS drains mid morning, as our septic tank pump had failed. Pete was prompt to reply and was able to be at our house and fix the issue within a matter of hours from my initial message. That is what I call an excellent service, especially on a bank holiday weekend!

Pete came out very soon after I phoned.
He inspected the tank and soak away and within a short space of time had come to a brilliant solution.
Not only did this solve the problem but saved us a small fortune and did himself out of a job.
I would not hesitate to either call him out in the future or highly recommend him to everyone for his complete honesty.
Sadly we don’t see enough of this type of tradesman these days.

A long overdue review of CTS as we had the work done in March.

I feel very fortunate having found Pete of CTS drains to replace our septic tank. A family run business with service to suit. Other companies were not willing to do the job until end of Summer (Pete was able to do the job in March) and larger firms wanted £250+VAT to even come and quote (and I am confident their quotes would have been +50% higher).

Pete and his team were a pleasure to have working on site and the finished product ticked all the boxes. Our site really wasn’t the easiest to work on (very steep slopes) but nothing was too much trouble and every challenge overcome.

Communication was great and follow up afterwards as well to ensure all the paperwork came through from Planning for the finished install.

5* service and would fully recommend.

Called him to come take a look and he’s definitely old school, but he certainly knows what he’s talking about.
Gave us various options on tanks along with really good advice also very competitive with price
Being a professional listed building restorer I don’t touch tanks and drains and watching the install going ahead on our property was interesting and impressive
Using laser to obtain the perfect levels for entry and exit from the tank
Very high standard of workmanship from start to finish.
You have to keep Pete supplied with tea & jammy dodgers and I’m not kidding
