CRS serviced our previous boiler for almost a decade and recently installed our new boiler with Resideo thermostat and app so we can control the temperature of our house remotely. We were really happy with the installation and are loving the ease of using the new system.

The CRS team are always super friendly, helpful and incredibly knowledgeable. They take the time to listen to any issues but also explain each step of the work they’re completing. Great value, quick turnaround and brilliant customer service.

Been left with no heating for a week now. Failed to inform our landlord they'd switched the heating off.
Non of the numbers are working and the voicemail says to use a different number which has been disconnected.

An excellent service provided for my elderly mother in law. I rang CRS Gas yesterday due to an issue with the boiler and they came out promptly the next morning and fixed the issue. I now have a reliable company to service and look after my mother in laws boiler.

I had a great experience with CRS Gas and Heating, Tom my engineer was incredibly professional and helpful with determining the cause of my leak and then providing a practical solution to solve the issue. The ability to track my engineer was an amazing service, I was able to go about my day without worrying as to where and when my engineer when might turn up. I was fully informed the entire time and CRS made sure I felt safe and fully comfortable the entire time, which as a vulnerable person during the covid-19 pandemic, was invaluable. Thank you CRS for reiterating what great service should entail.

I can’t fault them, they were on time, efficient, did what was expected and didn’t try and fabricate work. The most important thing to me was they were able to explain things in a way I understood to make an informed decision on what I needed to do. They didn’t just tell me ‘words’. They were clean, tidy and respectful of my property and I wouldn’t hesitate to use or recommend them again.
