Someone has fraudulently used my deceased Mother’s address as their own. Having received a letter regarding an outstanding debt by this person I was told by Emily from CRS that there wasn’t anything she could do to help me as I was a third party. Didn’t seem at all bothered by the identity fraud implications and quite happy to protect this fraudster.
Their original contact letter had no telephone number, date or email address so I had to hunt for this online.
I am reporting this matter to the police.

Harassing me about a debt I already have sorted with another company . Told them to not contact me again and then they sent more threats via txt . When I explained this debt is already being sorted they ignored me and told me to sign in! I’m not signing into anything especially when my debt is with another company and is being paid!
Seems like a scam wouldn’t trust them with a penny!
Also buying reviews on here to make it look like they are good… don’t make it so obvious! 🙄

Still can't add this card to my mobile wallet but online transaction works and the product is great. Was able to increase my limits over time, and even when got in trouble with repayments - Capital One very understanding and caring. One star off because of limited app functionality.

The gentleman I spoke to was very curtious and helpful. He listened to the very convoluted story I had to tell him and even seemed to feel sorry for me. He put some of it down on his computer as it was revelent to your firm and as I said to him I will never tell anyone to go to So Energy that company is diabolical, their work ethics I think don't exist but that's all I will say about that or I will get myself upset again.

Once again my thanks to the young man I spoke to, he was wonderful.

This company was told, very clearly, the situation and refuses to acknowledge anything I say. It’s also clearly has bots reviewing many 5-star reviews on here. If not ALL of them. The he company can’t be trusted, it’s buying reviewing online to affect its image. Its a scam.

The lady I spoke to was very understanding and made me feel happy to know your company was very understanding of my situation.
I was listened to and given time to make my payment in January.
I feel better knowing I have options and can relax a little bit over Christmas thank you, may you all have a very good Time during the holidays.
