Our experience has been very poor with this company and 3 months down the line we are no further forward. The main issue is they don't bother to reply to calls or emails and sometimes I have had to chase them 3 times for a reply. Again, Its been over 2 weeks since my last email without a reply & they are aware of the urgency. The mediator, Judith, was great in most respects, very reassuring, helpful & advising what we could expect. We went through everything in detail but when it came to the joint session this had all been forgotten and we wasted valuable time going over it all again. As a result we ran out of time without agreement.
Transparency on fees was awful in that I was told one price by email but the fee for the joint session shot up dramatically on the phone for the expected follow up sessions.
I do feel that they are only interested in money. Considering they are dealing with the welfare of children they shouldn't act with such disregard & disrespect.
We have paid quite an amount of money for this service but have received so little value.

Don’t normally write reviews but as this as been one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had I would like to bring it to the attention of any other fathers fighting for there children. These people do not care. They just want your money It’s been 7 weeks since my first contact with this firm and I’m still no closer to seeing my kids. I would advise using another service. I’ve waited a week just for a reply now and nobody is answering in the office. You should be ashamed of how you operate with these delicate matters. Absolute joke!!
