Rang Selby to advise I wanted to redo my will but had misplaced my will but I knew it was with them, I was told they could not help me unless I found my will, or I could start a brand new one which obviously would cost more than an update needless to say I didn't use them I did not feel valued or that they wanted to be bothered.

Was contacted regarding been left in a god father's will on a Friday. I was told I would be sent an email regarding documents to sign the following Monday. No documents received so I called and told the receptionist of the solicitor would call me back, they called back quick enough and said they would be out shortly. That was over a week ago and still not seen no sign of this email. Not a great start to the relationship.

I have amended my review to reflect recent updates. Strangely enough after this review I received an email. I've left this at 3 stars for now, as 1. there we're no documents in the email as previously advised and our transaction is yet to be complete. I will update more as this progresses.

Mark Robinson - A solicitor who has helped me and my wife maintain decent, quality contact with my daughter - What mark has done and the advice he has given over the last few years has been priceless - If you are having problems being CONTROLLED by your ex partner, and want to have the relationship with your child you deserve then I highly recommend this god send of a gentleman. He is always there to talk to me on the phone and is extremely passionate about the work he does. He viewed the problem I was having through my eyes, and together, we ended up in court and I finally have exactly what I've always wanted. To be a dad, and to be a dad in a way that suits me, suits us, and more importantly, is in my daughters best interest.
