Totally let down by this company. After multiple correspondence emails and going over details they finally tell me just 6 weeks before the hearing they can’t represent me. Reasons being the very details we went over at the beginning of the relationship. Now not enough time to find an alternative. No response since asking if there is any other way of doing things.
Very poor admin that I will ultimately pay for.
Unprofessional, would expect far more from a solicitors.

If I could give this firm zero I would. They put in minimal effort, I had to chase them multiple times for a response - they did not seem to care about my safety regarding a domestic violence case. They misread my emails and gave half-arsed answers which did not address my concerns. I am trying to obtain records of the correspondence a year later and they have destroyed them. Thankfully I went through CourtNav and didn't have to pay them a penny - unfortunately they wasted my time while I was feeling unsafe due to the nature of the case and I got nowhere with my case during that time.
