Excellent conveyancing service from Cozens Hardy. I was recommended by them after a previous firm I had been using, had a data breach and were seemingly in chaos.

My solicitor was Beth Browne. She was brilliant to work with, very reassuring about the process, kept me updated and responded very quickly. She and her team answered all my questions with clear information and directions. The instructions were clear and we completed in a good amount of time. I felt that my case was being worked in regularly and consistently. The team at Cozens Hardy are great at their jobs and would definitely recommend them for conveyancing.

Absolutely terrible service from Rebecca Edwards on our house purchase. Slow, ignored our emails, didn’t pick up the phone, and then sent us documents on the DAY of completion that needed to be sent before we completed. Awful - do not recommend at all. AVOID.

I never thought I would be writing this review about Gary Leverett as in the past when he dealt with my legal matters he was amazing. But on this occasion his severe lack of care and representing me correctly has since caused me to be harassed, bullied, totally embarrassed and run rings around in court.
Gary Leverett made me look like a complete fool in court and didn't represent me whatsoever.
Gary didn't think that very important evidence we have was relevant and also proof regarding the opositions character which he refused to disclose.
If this had of been disclosed we have been advised that the court case outcome would have been very different.
If the court case hadn't of been adjourned that day I am sure Gary would have let her win.
I was further let down by Gary when we were told he was retiring and no one else could help! Leaving me high and dry 2 weeks away from the next court case.
This is a serious lack of duty and care.
I have since spoken to 2 other highly qualified solicitors and they agreed that he did and has not handled my case correctly and has let me down badly and is still charging me nearly £3,000 for the terrible job he has done.
Well Gary I really thought that because we knew each other for many years you would have at least tried your best for me ... but instead I feel you didnt care less.
In the words of Simon Nicholls when he retired "I don't want to be one of those solicitors where they say he used to be good" ..... well Gary I can honestly say because you have let me down so badly .... you used to be good !

Buying a flat I had a constant feeling that I was not kept updated, it was always difficult to know what was still missing and what was resolved, and my questions were not properly addressed. Definitely, would not recommend anyone.
