I received very poor service from this company. They was happy to charge me £800 for a letter that had no weight or benefit to my issue. Once they had done this and my issue progressed they decided they suddenly didn’t actually operate in this area of law and stopped helping me. This is after I had expressly asked before they started work that could assist me in my issue and was assured this by Denise that she and the other partner could do so. They simply recommended another firm and refused to continue to act for me the case progressed and naturally escalated A waste of my time and money.
