Got an appointment within a minute, the same day. Good stuff.
Went to the office, was seen to by the person with whom I had an appointment with much earlier, which is welcome.
Matter solved in 20 minutes flat. Zero hassle experience.
Only hang up - they don't take cards. Was willing to offer a cheque but thought might as well make it cash as the firm seemed to flex.
Come on folks, I appreciate you are legal experts but start accepting card payments, now that we are nearly in 2020...
