Rachel was so warm and welcoming. As first time buyers we literally had no clue and she made everything so much easier. She explained everything and listened to what was important to us. She was always on the other end of the phone, replied quickly and reassured me when I was stressing. We couldn’t have done it without her.

Today I had a financial wellbeing meeting to discuss my options regarding my pension planning. (Mind boggling thought). The agent who dealt with me, Daniel Brooks was very knowledgeable on all aspects of the subject. He put my mind at rest for now and gave me a positive plan to work to. Aside from the technical detail I also found Daniel to be a very sociable chap. I left the meeting with my mind at ease.

Cat was amazing, she was clearly knowledgeable and helped us so much with sorting out our mortgage application. I had a Financial Wellbeing Review with Charlie Garner set up through my employment. It was a really informative review and Charlie worked through all my concerns with me and reassured me that I am doing exactly what I need to be doing to get the results I want. I'd highly recommend using this service, even if it's just to check that you're doing everything you should be doing. Charlie was knowledgeable and easy to talk to, he put me at ease over a topic that normally causes me a lot of anxiety and gave me plenty of tips and thinking points for the future. I used Cowens Mortgage Solutions for my mortgage. Great service, very slick and when the rate went down after I'd chosen my mortgage the broker was really proactive and reapplied which meant I was able to lock in at a lower rate.
