I had chosen Courmacs and one other legal profession company to help me with new car commissions. I found Courmacs to be well organised especially with updates and record keeping, consequently I decided to call the company with a view to giving them my other cars to sort out. Please AVOID! I have filled out a form on Instagram just because I was curious about the process and then started receiving emails about submitting my ID and proceeding with the claim. I never even agreed to start any claim, also I am cautious about sharing my ID. I have emailed back and asked to cancel, to which the reply was that I will be charged if I cancel now because some work was carried out, which is not true.
UPDATE: I am updating my review to 4 stars instead of 1, because my case has been closed after I have complained about misleading social campaign forms. I believe it is a third party company dealing with this, so nothing to do with legal services. Responses I received after the complaint were very professional and to the point. I do hope that the social media campaign approach will be updated to a softer and more information-providing method.
