Great experience with Core legal when buying our first home recently. We had Tiffany, who was very responsive. I called the main office a few times too with different queries and always had a really helpful response. They were cheaper than some of our friends are currently paying other firms too. Would definitely recommend!

From start to finish they were professional, quick with everything, gave updates along the way, and the only time we were waiting was due to the sellers solicitors. Thank you for everything! Not Sure where to start we had a very long run and a little bit complicated case and this was our first solicitors we have been recommended , but they helped as much as they could with completed sale at the end.

Would we recommend? Absolutely yes , Mr. Suresh was on the phone to us with any request we had and needed to explain and so his team.

Buying / selling properly can stressful , pick solicitors to make your life easier and we can only say positive things.

I was recommended Core Legal Stockton through Persimmon Homes when purchasing my first home and what a mistake it was to use them. Throughout the whole process there was a lack of communication and transparency between Core Legal and myself and my partner and therefore a lack of trust in their ability as conveyancers.
Do not waste your time and money on this company. I certainly would not recommend them, especially to first time buyers.

Avoid at all costs, we were on the receiving end of these solicitors absolutely useless and one solicitor was very rude and unprofessional to our solicitors. He made it his mission to whatever he requested that would get resolved and then he’d request another question which all if not most were irrelevant. Very unprofessional and it appears they are mostly junior solicitors as I have never come across such a shoddy company they should be shut down. Reading most of the reviews there are some pretty bad experiences. Lost two houses due to incompetence AVOID!
