I highly recommend Cordell and Co for any of your cases. They were so professional, friendly and they had great knowledge of law. They worked very hard and put alot of effort into my case. They kept me updated at every step and replied to any questions very quickly. I would love to point out Stiven Ramai. He was absolutely brilliant int throughout the process. Wonderful customer service from the whole team with my personal injury claim. Super friendly and willing to help. Cant fault them at all. AVOID! I wouldn’t even give 1 star! It has taken this company since 2022 to try and complete a claim. Less than a week before court they say they are dropping the case as they don’t think we will win. All they keep saying is we aint your solicitor anymore! To top it off we have received a bill of nearly £5000!!!! They have demanded they want this payment immediately. Unfortunately, we’re not like them earning big money from ripping people off. We are now stressing with a young family thinking how are we going to pay this. Please read all reviews and think about going with them.

Sanctimonious lawyers who only care about the money they can make from the clients, rather than justice and closure the victims deserve.
Was made to feel too insignificant and small by them especially after i negotiated their extortionate rate of 35% down to 25% (which is the industry standard).
Furthermore trying to hire another no win no fee has been made extremely difficult as they all seem to have a clandestine system they don't tell you about.
Horrible experience from a victim with a court conviction on their side, lawyers deserve their negative reputations and Cordell&Co certainly do their best to cement those feelings in my case.

When I called the person taking details was rude and argumentative and then hung up the phone when I mentioned she was continually saying " Yea yea yea" after every sentence and I asked her not to keep interrupting me as I've ADHD and it stops my thought process on recalling the information. Speaking to their manager Nick he just ignored my case and said they dont take on cases that other solicitors have been sacked from. He didn't inquire or care what the reason was. Thompsons who represented me did nothing for 4 months and failed to send me paper forms in that time so I decided I had no confidence in them. This firm is just as helpful. I'll post the audio call online and drop the link here once I've uploaded it on social media. Some.of these firms are cherry pickers and want specific leads and everyone else they drop. Id call this form time wasters and unprofessional because they won't even discuss anything and ask the wrong questions. I'll post a link here to a good firm once I've found one.

Worse than 1 stars. Never choose them they are liars. They will lie just so that they can reduce your claim and not put any effort to get full compensation and then charge you big fee because they are greedy vultures. If you like to feel disappointed, upset and betrayed, then choose them. I will never ever use them ever again I promise.
