Terrible... Arrived 20 minutes early for a scheduled 2pm meeting. After 50 minutes of waiting, there was still no sign of the solicitor becoming available, or justification given for the delay. The whole experience was very unprofessional. Lots of gossiping going on in the waiting area by the staff which inspired no confidence in the business as a whole or their ability to handle our business. We walked out...

Mr Ben Sidgwick took on and dealt with our very messy and complicated matter with understanding and empathy for us throughout. He was extremely professional and got a positive result for us in the end. Used Coodes for what should have been a simple conveyancing transaction for the sale of a property. Unfortunately, they must be added to my 'do not use again' list. The initial service from the trainee - sorry, paralegal in 'solicitor speak'- was great. The service from the actual solicitor was pretty poor in my opinion.

Unfortunate enough for coodes to be the opposite number in a conveyancing transaction. Whole process was shambolic on the buyers end, had to keep getting my own solicitors to chase up on routine tasks, communication appeared poor and action was slow. Completion delayed apparently because the cash buyers had not got the money in place, which one would think an important matter for a solicitor to check before arranging an exchange of contracts date.

Shall never go here again!! Terrible service.. The receptionist could do with some people training and less derogatory looks... The mandatory apology and re offer of another appointment was turned down... Will shop elsewhere
