Failure to honour the warranty the remote on the recording humax doesn't work. I have been after them to send a replacement but no luck .my emails ignored. They still have time to honour the warranty. If they do I will repost to that fact

Bought a bluray player off this company on ebay but too late to leave feedback. Would just like to say that the after sales service was excellent and the owner was very helpful and polite when contacted. Would certainly recommend. Thanks for your help
