Could not recommend Nick enough. Went out of his way to help us out in a fix, was able to do the work quickly and efficiently despite us not being there to let him in. His report was well balanced and practical as well as covering all the points needed. He also deserves a shout out for talking me down when I was stressed, which is completely not part of his job description! above and beyond customer service!
