It’s been 4 yrs since I made my application for car finance claim. I’ve still got nothing but made up nonsense emails, delays, garbled excuses.. I give up. The alleged 5star ratings on here are 100% false because there isn’t one person who’s claim has been reported successful.. not one

Edit: Company has now cancelled my claim as requested, no further issues other than hard sell calls which aren't an issue. Thank you CRS for understanding the gravity of the situation.

EDIT: Spoke to member of CRS's team and they're currently dealing with this issue for me and couldn't have been more apologetic to this fact. Obviously the below statement is still correct and glad that CRS were good enough to provide me with an overview of everything by email for future reference.

Received an email on their behalf today (31/01/2025) from MyClaimsGroup with a DCA agreement dated 14/01/2025.

1.) I was never consulted about this or authorised this
2.) The action is against the wrong finance company and the wrong agreement number
3.) The document contains a signature that is NOT MY LEGAL SIGNATURE and one I have not given to them

I have emailed asking to cancel this contract as they delayed sending the agreement till after the 14 day cooldown period and have a signature that isn't mine making said contract legally Void.

Obviously this is more of a issue with MyClaimsGroup signing contracts on my behalf without express permission from myself but until I hear from this company I shall keep the review up.

Dodgy company. My details have purportedly been sent to them by my claims group for a DCa claim. The document sent to me by email is not my signature. I have emailed them asking to be removed from their list as I am dealing directly with the finance company and don't need any assistance as I am a qualified barrister. Unscrupulous methods to get work in my opinion;

Update, after speaking to them they removed my name from their list and said they would be taking up the issue with my claims group!

BEWARE - FRAUDULENT COMPANY!

Following several phone calls from My Claim Group over the last few days, to which I told them I had no claim with them, I today received an email from them.

The email from My Claim Group with an attachment from Consumer Rights Solicitors, purports to be a Legal Document in respect of Consumer Rights Solicitors (CRS) acting on my behalf in respect of a claim for PCP mis-selling practices.

The document pertains to be a Conditional Fee Agreement (CFA)

1. I have NEVER instructed Consumer Rights Solicitors to act on my behalf.
2. The document has all my personal information in it to which I have NEVER provided to them.
3. The section on the document shows a signature which purports to be mine of which I have NEVER signed and therefore is Fraudulent.

Finally, the document states that you can cancel within 14 days of which:

A. The document is dated 24th December 2024 and;
B. The email in which the above was attached is dated 31st January 2025.

All the above is a Fraudulent Mis-representation under Criminal Law.

If anyone reading this is or have experienced the same, then a complaint can be made to the SRA (Solicitors Regulation Authority and or the LO (Legal Ombudsman).

In addition, Legal Action can be sought through the Criminal Courts to SUE the solicitors for damages or have the contract rescinded.

The Courts can compensate you for any losses, even if they weren't foreseeable.

Hope this helps.

I have contacted the aforementioned Solicitors today, to request they cancel this fraudulent claim immediately.

UPDATE 8/4/25
Despite being assured that my claim has been cancelled, I am still being repeatedly emailed by this company, and they continue to pursue a claim without my permission.

Avoid both 'Consumer Rights Solicitors' and 'My Claim Group'!

I spoke to Bryan today and he couldn't have been more helpful and professional. I can only hope that my claim progresses as smoothly and easily as it was talking to him.

So far pretty disappointing service. No updates no calls, no follow ups.
Nothing should take this long! Over promised and underdelivery so far. I could have easily followed up with the finance team myself.
