My business would not be able to function without the bespoke CRM system designed and manged by Compusolve IT Solutions. Following years of frustration and unnecessary expense working with off-the-shelf customer relationship management systems I met with Darren and all changed. Darren took the time to understand our business, the products and services, the processes, priorities and importance of a chase system. The team were patient and explained all of the options clearly and recognised areas of improvement in the working process. Over the past 8 years we have asked for new products and services to be added and the team have made updates along the way. Having a bespoke system means there are no unwanted functions at extra expense and the system can evolve as quickly as we wish and in the direction that serves us best. Working with Darren and the team at Compusolve has clearly been a great decision from the start and saved both time, money and stress. I cannot recommend Compusolve highly enough for their fast response through their ticket raising system and solutions.
